Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and STEP TO BEGIN SARL covering every website, brand identity, AI automation, ad campaign, or video project we deliver — written in plain language, so you know exactly what to expect.

Last updated: June 21, 2026 Governed by: Laws of the Kingdom of Morocco Applies to: steptobegin.com & all client engagements
By working with us, you accept these terms. Placing an order, accepting a quote, or making a payment to STEP TO BEGIN SARL means you've read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions below in full.
Section 01

Scope & acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern every service, project, and pack delivered by STEP TO BEGIN SARL ("we," "us," "STEP TO BEGIN") — whether ordered through steptobegin.com, by email, or in person — including AI & Marketing automation, Graphic Design, Website Creation, and Video Production.

They apply to every client, individual or business ("you," "the Client"), who requests, orders, or pays for our services. If any part of an individual quote or proposal conflicts with these Terms, the quote takes precedence for that project only.

Section 02

Our services

STEP TO BEGIN SARL designs, builds, and delivers digital assets across four core areas, also available bundled into Packs (Logo Design, Website Creation, Social Media, Essentials Logo):

01

AI & Marketing

Smart automations, conversational chatbots, and paid ad campaigns.

02

Graphic Design

Corporate identity, social media assets, and print-ready packaging.

03

Websites Creation

Fast, modern websites and sales funnels built for your business logic.

04

Video Production

Explainer animations, product demos, and short-form social content.

Unless a quote states otherwise, all services are delivered as a one-time setup & delivery — there's no recurring subscription. Ongoing services (such as ad-spend management, hosting renewal, or maintenance retainers) are only billed on a recurring basis when explicitly agreed in writing.

Section 03

Quotes & engagement

Every project starts with a quote or proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.

Work begins once you've accepted the quote in writing (by email or signed proposal) and paid the agreed deposit. Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as additional work and quoted separately before we proceed.

Section 04

Pricing & payment

All prices are quoted in the currency stated on your proposal and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Unless your quote states a different split, our standard payment structure is:

Deposit 50%

Paid upfront to confirm and begin the project.

Balance 50%

Due before final files are delivered or the project goes live.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the outstanding balance is settled. Final source files, hosting access, and login credentials are handed over only once the project is paid in full.

Section 05

Delivery & timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed in your quote. These estimates depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from your side — delays in providing brand assets, copy, images, or sign-off will extend the delivery date accordingly. We'll keep you informed of any expected changes to the schedule as soon as we're aware of them.

Section 06

Client responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate brand assets, content, copy, and access (e.g. domain, hosting, ad accounts) in a timely manner
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within the timeframes agreed for your project
  • Confirm that any logos, images, text, or other material you supply are either owned by you or properly licensed for our use

STEP TO BEGIN SARL is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing, incorrect, or improperly licensed material supplied by the Client.

Section 07

Revisions & approval

Each service or Pack includes a set number of revision rounds, specified in your quote. Additional revisions beyond what's included can be requested and will be quoted separately.

Deliverables are considered approved if we don't receive written feedback within 7 days of submission, unless a different review period was agreed for your project.

Section 08

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you (logo files, website, video files, designs) transfers to you, the Client, for use in your business.

This transfer doesn't apply to:

  • Third-party licensed assets used in the project — stock photos, fonts, plugins, AI tools, or music — which remain subject to their original license terms
  • STEP TO BEGIN SARL's own pre-existing tools, frameworks, automation templates, and internal methods, which remain our property; you receive a license to use them as delivered, as part of your project

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing before project completion.

Section 09

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the project, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services. This obligation doesn't apply to information that is, or becomes, publicly available through no fault of either party.

Section 10

Cancellation & refunds

You may request to cancel a project in writing at any time. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • If work has not yet started, your deposit is refunded in full
  • If work is in progress, the deposit covers the time and resources already committed and is non-refundable; any unused balance for work not yet started is refunded
  • Once final deliverables have been completed and approved, no refund applies
Section 11

Liability & warranties

We deliver every project with professional care and skill. However, we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — such as a fixed number of leads, sales, search rankings, or ad performance — since these depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, hosting providers).

To the extent permitted by law, STEP TO BEGIN SARL's total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party platforms and tools used to deliver the service.

Section 12

Force majeure & termination

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government action, or similar unforeseeable circumstances.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. In that case, the Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date, and STEP TO BEGIN SARL delivers any finished work corresponding to payments already made.

Section 13

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from a project or these Terms will first be addressed amicably between the parties; if no agreement is reached, the courts of Tangier, Morocco have exclusive jurisdiction.

Section 14

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The version published on steptobegin.com is always the most current one, and continuing to work with us after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
