Brand identity · Website · PhotoA concierge brand that looks the part before the first call.

A concierge service looking after riads, private villas and their guests had built a reputation entirely by word of mouth — and had almost nothing to show for it.

Before

A service people trusted, with nothing to point at

Majordome Al Andalous handles the things guests never see: the arrival, the villa prepared, the driver waiting, the request answered at midnight. Clients came from recommendations, and the service was strong enough to keep them.

But a recommendation ends at a link, and there was no link worth sending. No identity, no site, and no photography of the actual service — only phone pictures taken between jobs. The brand looked improvised in exactly the segment where clients pay for the opposite.

No identity: the name was written differently in every document

Nothing to send after a recommendation

No photography showing the real service, the riads or the vehicles

Vehicles, uniforms and welcome material carried no brand at all

Approach

Warmth first, luxury second

Luxury concierge work is not cold. We built a bronze and warm palette so the brand feels like being welcomed, not like being processed.

01

Define the moment of welcome

We started from the guest experience — the arrival at the riad, the greeting, the handover of keys — and wrote down what the brand had to feel like in that moment before choosing a single colour.

02

A bronze and warm identity

We built the mark and a bronze-led palette that reads as hospitality rather than as corporate luxury, and tested it on the surfaces it would actually live on: a vehicle, a door, a welcome card.

03

Shoot the real service

We produced a photo shoot on location — reception, riad welcome, the branded vehicle — so the website could show the actual service instead of stock images of somebody else’s hotel.

04

Build the site around the shoot

The website was designed after the photography existed, so the images lead the pages rather than being dropped into gaps left by a template.

The team updates services and photography themselves

  • A recommendation now ends on a page that shows the real service, not stock photography.
  • The vehicle, the reception and the guest material all carry the same mark.
  • The team adds a service or swaps an image without waiting on us.
We refused to build the site before the photography existed. In hospitality, the images are the argument — everything else is caption.
